    Coaching: Coaching sessions are paid out of pocket as they are not covered by insurance. Coaching sessions can also be conducted out of state.

  • My current rate for self-pay clients is $200 for initial evaluation and $150 for individual sessions.

  • Saturday appointments are limited. If Saturday is your preferred day, please email me, and I will add your name to the wait list.

  • I do not provide paperwork for disability, legal requests, emotional support animals, military, school, etc. Such documentation will need to be completed by your primary care physician or psychiatric provider.

  • You are welcome to use the form on the contact page to reach out to me. I will respond via email within 24 hours.

  • During our first session I will review practice policies and go over the informed consent. I will also ask you questions about your mental health history and what brings you here today.

  • I work with adults ages 18+

  • I only offer individual therapy.

  • No. Therapy involves emotional processing and addressing past traumas as well l as mental health symptoms. It can last from several months to over a year. Coaching is shorter (8-12 weeks) and focused more on supporting you in establishing healthy lifestyle patterns.

  • If you are looking to change your eating habits and relationship with food, I will work with you on intuitive eating as well as strengthening your mind-body connection. However, I am unable to provide support for disordered eating as that i outside my scope of practice.

  • I will work with you to form healthier eating habits and self-perception. I am not a nutritionist or dietician.
